1. I hereby grant [ Edward Taylor / Digital-Flow LTD ] ("the Photographer") and its legal representatives, agents, assigns, and clients, the unrestricted right and permission to use my likeness, image, photograph, and/or video, hereinafter referred to as "the Media," in any and all media, for the purpose of advertising, promotion, portfolio, publication, or any other lawful purpose.

2. I am voluntarily participating in this photography/videography session and have no expectation of compensation or payment for the use of my likeness in the Media.

3. I release and discharge the Photographer and the Client from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of the Media, including but not limited to any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights.

4. I am of legal age and have the right to enter into this agreement, or I am the legal guardian of the minor whose likeness is being used in the Media and have the authority to grant the rights stated herein.

5. This release is binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

6. I have read and understood the terms of this release before signing it.
